“In connection with the Muscatine Arts Council and the Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine, we are hosting a weekend of Plein Air Painting for all levels of artists.We have a workshop on Saturday and an Artists Reception to close out the weekend. For more experienced Plein Air artists, we also have a juried competition option. Please find the attached Artist Prospectus and links below for reference.”
